We apologize if we had sent you a defective/ incorrect item, please contact us about it and we’ll reply you within 2-3 working days.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept refunds. If a product was damaged during shipping, exchanges will be given once the product has been returned to us. Our exchange policy lasts 7 days within Singapore from the date of purchase and 14 days internationally from the date of delivery. If over the specified time frame have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer you any store credit or exchanges.
All exchanges will be done via mailing only.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will advise you accordingly.
To return your product, contact us and we will advise you accordingly. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You are advised to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
